1710 - These shakers were purchased from an estate in Nebraska and are in fair condition. The paint on the beak, eyes and feet is chipped (see photos).
Both chicks are hatching from their shells. The chicks are yellow with orange feet and beaks, along with orange and black eyes. The egg is white edged with yellow. Both chicks are 4 1/4 inches tall, have plastic stoppers and one is marked with a sticker "Made in Japan". There are other markings on the bottom of the chicks, but are unreadable.
