Boy Elephant Rider Salt and Pepper Shakers - vintage, collectible, Japan
715 - This set of salt and pepper shakers were purchased at an estate sale. The are used and in good condition with some minor chipping on the boy.
The boy is sitting stoutly on top of the elephants nose. He is wearing a white turban and white diaper. This shaker is 2 1/2 tall, has a cork stopper and is marked "Made in Japan."
The elephant is a light gray with a dark red mouth. His trunk is standing high in the air for the boy to sit on. This shaker is 4 1/2 inches tall from the bottom of the shaker to the tip of the trunk. This shaker also has a cork stopper and marked "Made in Japan".
